Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: 30 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, laxmiglobal.in, is operated by Laxmi Global, a trade company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("Laxmi Global", "we", "us"). Our export and import services also run on export.laxmiglobal.in and import.laxmiglobal.in, each with its own privacy policy. For any privacy matter, contact sales@laxmiglobal.in (subject line "Privacy").

2. What we collect

Information you send us. This website has no forms. We receive information when you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call: typically your name, phone number, email address, business name, product requirements, quantities and the messages or files you send.

Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers over WhatsApp or email unless we have specifically asked for a document we need for your order.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently set advertising cookies or use third-party analytics. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.

4. How we use your information

We do not send bulk marketing messages to people who have not dealt with us.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed with suppliers and manufacturers, inspection agencies, freight forwarders and carriers, customs house agents and authorities, banks and payment providers, and the messaging and email services we use (such as WhatsApp). We may also share it with advisers or authorities where the law requires. Depending on the order, this can involve transferring information outside India.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request. Order, invoice, customs and shipping records are kept for as long as Indian law and sound business practice require.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and raise a grievance. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights including access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Email us at the address above.

8. Security and children

We use reasonable measures to protect the data we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
